The Bethesda Blessing Centre Foundation Trust successfully conducted the "Nalla Thita Uthavi" educational support program on 27th July 2025, aimed at helping students from low financially backgrounds.
As part of this initiative, educational aid of ₹3,000 was provided to over 20 students to support their academic needs such as tuition fees, books, and other essential study materials
.
We were honored to have Honorable Minister Mr. S.M. Nasar as our Chief Guest, who delivered a powerful and motivational speech on the importance of education in shaping one’s future. He encouraged students to stay focused, work hard, and aim high, despite any challenges they may face.
Special Guest Mr. Mayer, along with local councilors and government-appointed members, also attended the event, showing their support and personally encouraging the students.
In addition to educational support, the event also included a community meal served to over 400 attendees, including students, parents, and local residents. This gesture of care and togetherness reflects our trust’s mission to not only support education but also nurture well-being and unity within the community. Through such efforts, we aim to spread hope, dignity, and compassion alongside opportunity.
This program is part of the trust’s continuous efforts to uplift and empower underprivileged communities through educational support. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all guests, donors, and volunteers who contributed to the success of this meaningful event.

3-Day Psychology & Counseling Workshop

The Bethesda Blessing Centre Foundation Trust successfully conducted a 3-day Psychology and Counseling Workshop, aimed at supporting the mental and emotional well-being of students and young individuals. This impactful event was thoughtfully organized under the guidance of our Founder, Rev. Kennet George Peters.

The goal of this workshop was to equip young minds with practical knowledge on emotional intelligence, mental health awareness, stress management, and interpersonal skills. The participants expressed high satisfaction with the content and delivery, noting the positive and supportive environment throughout the program.
Through this initiative, the Bethesda Blessing Centre Foundation continues its mission of empowering individuals spiritually, emotionally, and academically. We are grateful to all the speakers, volunteers, and supporters who made this event a resounding success.

Food Relief Program by Bethesda Blessing Centre AG Church and Seva Bharath
During the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people faced job loss, hunger, and lack of income. Daily wage workers especially struggled to feed their families and meet basic needs. Seeing this need, Bethesda Blessing Centre AG Church, in partnership with Seva Bharath, stepped forward to help those affected by poverty during this crisis.
The church and organization launched a Food Relief Program to support families in need. As part of this program, each family received 26 kg of rice, groceries, soap, and other essential items. These supplies helped many people survive during a time when they had no other source of support.
In addition to food and hygiene supplies, the team also provided daily wages to some individuals to help them earn a small income. For families who couldn’t come to the distribution center, volunteers even delivered the items to their homes. This thoughtful act brought great relief and joy to many people in the community.
The project was a big step taken by Bethesda Blessing Centre AG Church to show care and love to the poor and needy. The goal was not only to provide material help but also to show kindness and humanity during a hard time. The smiles and gratitude of the people showed how much the support meant to them.
This effort during the pandemic reminds us that in times of crisis, coming together to help one another makes a huge difference. The Food Relief Program was a sign of hope, compassion, and unity — proving that even in dark times, there is light through acts of love and service.

A Day of Service, Smiles & Heartfelt Connections
📍 R.K. Humanitarian Trust, Annai Sathya Nagar, Pattabiram, Chennai
On 9th August 2025, the Bethesda Blessing Centre Foundation carried out a touching act of love and service at the R.K. Humanitarian Trust, an old age home located in Annai Sathya Nagar, Pattabiram, Chennai, home to over 60 elderly residents.
The joy on the faces of the 60 elderly residents was the true highlight of the day. As they received warm, delicious meals — sambar rice, pickle, and bottled water — many were visibly moved. Some smiled quietly, others blessed the volunteers, and a few even shed tears of gratitude. For many of them, it wasn't just about the food — it was about being seen, loved, and remembered.

Equally inspiring was the group of young hearts who made this possible — a team of school-going boys who served as our volunteers. Despite their young age, they stepped up with maturity and compassion, personally serving food, engaging respectfully with the elderly, and learning first-hand the value of giving back. Their energy, respect, and willingness to serve turned this event into a true life lesson — one that no classroom could teach.
By involving these students, we aim to plant seeds of empathy, leadership, and social responsibility early in life — so they grow up not only as educated individuals, but as kind and community-conscious citizens.
🍱 No food was wasted. After the home’s residents were served, the excess food was carefully distributed to people living on the roadside — those who were hungry and in need. Every meal found a purpose. Every plate carried love.
💖 It was a day filled with smiles, stories, blessings, and connection across generations — proving that kindness has no age limit, and service knows no boundaries.
