Serving in the church

Below you will see a list of opportunities to be serving at our church. If you are a member of BBC you can log into our member page for more specific areas of need.

Areas of Service:

Fabric Cutting and Curtain Sewing Join ladies on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 9:30 am in the Cedar March Center to work on making curtains. The curtains will be hung in the cabins at Mountain Lakes Bible Camp. Bring your own cutting supplies or call the church office to volunteer your sewing talents.

New Teachers Needed - We are looking for a family to teach a Kid Connection class on a rotating schedule during the Sunday service. We also need a teacher for Tiny Church. If you are interested, please let Pastor Jason know by calling the church office.

Growth Groups - Many of our growth groups are involved in different service projects for the church and other ministries. To find a growth group click here.

Sunday help - We have many different areas in which to serve on Sunday morning, from helping with childcare to greeting people. Here is a list: childcare for infant or toddler, Sunday school teacher, tech team member, worship team member, greeter, "connect" person (help people connect with BBC and fellow church-goers), help with offering, and many other areas. It takes many people to get our Sunday service running. If you are interested in helping you can e-mail us or call us at 883-2289

Facility - Our facility is always in need of painting, maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. Please contact the church office and ask for Tim Kroeker if you are interested.

Leadership - If you are interested in being a part of our elder board or deacon board please contact the church office and ask for Pastor Kevin.

Areas at Camp

Camp Scholarships Would you like to donate funds to help send a kid to Mt. Lakes Bible Camp this summer? Your donation could make a week of camp possible for a child who might not otherwise be able to attend. Please make checks payable to MLBC and mark “scholarship” in the memo line and drop it in the offering bags or bring it to the church office.
