Growth Groups
Children:
Tadpoles/Dad & Me: Both of these programs are developed around the concept of fathers teaching their children. Tadpoles are for K-4th grade and Dad & Me are for 5th-8th grade. Both groups meet Sunday nights at 5:30pm during the school year.
Youth:
Junior High: This growth group meets during the school year on Wednesday nights. It is designed for junior high students to fellowship, worship and learn about God with other students. This group also does a few events during the summer (more information is available by contacting Pastor Stephen.)
Senior High: This growth group meets during the school year on Wednesday nights. They meet with the junior high students and then break off for discussion. It is designed for senior high students to fellowship, worship and learn about God with other students. This group also does a few events during the summer (more information is available by contacting Pastor Stephen).
Adult:
Couples & Family: This group is led by Pastor Kevin and his wife Ruth. They meet on Monday nights at 7:00pm during the school year. During the summer they have a few get-togethers to connect (more information is available by contacting Pastor Kevin).
Married Couples: This is a Tuesday evening Bible study led by Chuck & Jane Paulsen. It starts at 7pm and only meets during the school year.
Senior Saints: This is a Sunday morning Bible study that is for anyone who wants to meet with a great group of people that are continuing to grow in God and His word. Led by Gary & Becky Weldon, this group meets at 9am and meets throughout the whole year. Currently the Senior Saints are studying "Sealed", A six part series on the Holy Spirit. We are a friendly group that enjoys fellowship, prayer, singing, and studying God's Word and would love to have you join us. For more information, please contact Gary Weldon at 273-3979.
Friendship Circle: This is another 9am Sunday morning Bible study. This group is led by Charlie Criss.
Men's Group: A study that is specifically for men. Led by Jim Borror on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm.
Women's Groups: During the school year there are two women's Bible studies. One is on Tuesday morning at 9:30am led by Donna Borror and the other is on Wednesday morning at 7:00am led by Christina Wehr.
College and Career: This is for anyone who is in college or of college age. Led by Osten & Heather Coaty and only meets during the school year. The College and Career Group meets every Monday at 7:00pm in Room 213.
Special Emphasis/Study:
Bible Survey: This is a class that focuses on the Word of God and "walking through it" cover to cover. Led by Pastor Kevin on Sunday nights at 5:30pm and only meets during the school year.
Men's Accountability: A weekly accountability group for men led by Robin Schwartz (for date and time please contact the church office at 883-2289).
Ju-Jitsu- Bible Study: Mike Moreno is a Ju-Jitsu instructor and on Tuesday evenings they take a break from kicking and punching and dig into God's word with worship and a short devotional.
Truth Projects: We have Truth Project going on throughout the year. Truth Project is a DVD-led study by Focus on the Family. It helps in understanding a Christian world-view through interesting lectures and interviews. For current groups please contact the church office at 883-2289.
Book Club - Will not be meeting in January
Book Club - The Book Club meets the 2nd Thursday of each month.
